Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the WNA Tax Platform at wna.co.ke, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all clients, visitors, and users of the platform.

2. Our Services

Wanjau Ndonga & Associates provides professional tax compliance and business advisory services including:

  • Monthly VAT, PAYE, NSSF, SHIF, AHL and NITA filing
  • eTIMS reconciliation and KRA compliance
  • Bookkeeping, payroll management, and financial reporting
  • Strategic tax advisory and business consulting

Services are delivered on a monthly retainer basis as described in your selected package.

3. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and timely information required for tax filing
  • Upload supporting documents before agreed deadlines
  • Pay your monthly retainer on time to maintain active service
  • Notify us promptly of any changes to your business that may affect compliance
  • Keep your account credentials confidential and secure

4. Payment Terms

Monthly retainer fees are due at the beginning of each service month. We accept M-Pesa (with a 5% discount) and bank transfer.

  • Services are suspended after 7 days of non-payment
  • Reactivation requires payment of all outstanding amounts
  • Refunds are not provided for services already rendered
  • Package changes take effect from the next billing cycle

5. Service Delivery

We commit to filing all returns before their respective KRA deadlines, provided you supply the required information at least 3 business days before the deadline. We are not liable for penalties arising from late or incomplete information provided by the client.

6. Confidentiality

We treat all client financial information as strictly confidential. Our team members are bound by professional confidentiality obligations under ICPAK standards. We will not disclose your information to third parties except as required by law or as necessary to deliver our services (e.g., filing with KRA).

7. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the monthly retainer fees paid for the period in which an error occurred. We are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, or penalties arising from information provided incorrectly by the client. We maintain professional indemnity insurance as required by ICPAK.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, we will provide you with all your filed returns and financial records. Outstanding fees remain payable upon termination.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Any disputes shall be resolved through the courts of Kenya or through mediation as agreed by both parties.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email. Continued use of our services after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
